Experience:
At least 1 year in a similar role with comparable responsibilities;
Management, Bar Service, Floor Service, Cooks 

Characteristics:
Even though you will be reporting to a line manager, each role is largely autonomous so it is required that you are self-sufficient and self-motivated. This is very important.

It’s a hospitality role, so you must be able to gracefully receive criticism and feedback about your work.
